Care
To maintain the beauty and integrity of your hire, please handle the garment with extra care at all times. Do not wash, soak, dry-clean, iron, steam, or attempt to treat stains yourself, as this can cause damage and may result in additional fees. If anything is spilled or marked during your hire, simply let us know as soon as possible and return the item as instructed so our team can arrange the appropriate professional cleaning and assessment. We also recommend avoiding fake tan, heavy perfumes, oils, and abrasive jewellery or bags that may snag delicate fabrics, and being mindful when sitting, dancing, and getting in and out of cars. Any care notes provided with your hire are for guidance only—when in doubt, please contact us before doing anything to the garment.
